Carlton centenary
At the heart of a legend, carried by the charm and elegance of this legendary hotel, the artists were left to dream, a walk in Cannes, the sea, under the sun of the Croisette.
Through three different expressions of painting, they invite us to travel, as a flashback, a duty of memory. Between dream and reality, Chisa in the manner of a poet, seems to overfly time: a view of the Carlton, the beach, a nod to film, not to mention the voluptuous Otero. The magic of his colors brings an illusion of warmth, a mysterious brightness, light that beautifies. A painting that gives of soul.
Then comes the subtle art of glamor, Jeannette Guichard Bunel, through her successive glazes she plays transparency. As the effect of a prism, her palette is divided into chromatic harmony, giving women of her paintings chic and seduction, symbol of the prestigious building.
With Henry Marcaillou the "Dolce Vita" takes place. His knife work brings life to his craft. The thick material creates movement. Like a photographer, he seized the moment. He paints an intimate and serene atmosphere of the palace.
Poetry, refinement, enjoyment of life, luxury and tradition of the past, many qualities described by these three painters to praise this extraordinary place.
